Having recently stayed at this hotel in Guatape, Colombia, I was delighted by the breathtaking views and comfortable amenities provided. The jacuzzi in our room was a highlight, offering relaxation with a view. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were both inviting and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were attentive and quick to assist with any requests, enhancing our overall experience.While we didn't dine at the hotel, the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease. The reception staff even arranged a taxi for our journey to the airport, showcasing their helpfulness. The location, slightly removed from the bustling center, offered peace and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway.However, some drawbacks should be noted. The lack of air conditioning may be uncomfortable for some, though nights were cool enough for comfort. The absence of an elevator and limited parking could pose challenges for guests with mobility issues.In conclusion, this hotel provides a clean and modern stay with good value for the price.
